Brendan Fraser returns to Mummy
Brendan Fraser is to star in 'The Mummy 3'. The actor has signed up for the action sequel but his co-star from the previous two instalments Rachel Weisz will not be reprising her role as Evelyn Carnahan O'Connell.
Martial arts expert Jet Li is to star as a villain in the movie which will be set in China, while Rob Cohen - whose previous films include 'Stealth' and 'The Fast and the Furious' - is taking the helm as director.
'The Mummy 3' is scheduled for a 2008 release and filming will start in the late summer.

When hungover Keith Richards threw a pet canary out the window!
Rolling Stones guitarist once threw pal Ronnie Wood's son's pet canary out the window, thinking it was an irritating alarm clock.
The rocker had been nursing a massive hangover when he visited Wood.
However the bird, owned by Wood's then 5-year old son Jamie was making such a racket that Richards ended up plucking the canary from its perch and throwing it out the window.
When Wood asked Richards why he had thrown his son's pet away, the rockers answer was simple - he hadn't realised that the bird was real.
