CONNICK'S HOMEWORK FEAR

Actor/musician HARRY CONNICK JR uses touring as an excuse to escape helping his children with their homework because he finds it too difficult.

The New Orleans, Louisiana, native, who recently released a tribute album for his Hurricane Katrina-struck hometown, is particularly fearful when it comes to mathematics.

He says, "I go on the road for as long as I can, until that part of the homework I don't understand is over with. "My ten-year-old daughter is starting to convert decimals. I don't even know what a decimal is."

Michael Jackson is reforming the Jackson 5, it has been claimed. The eccentric singer is said to have been visited in Las Vegas by his brothers, Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon, who put forward the idea of getting the band back together for a tour. Michael's sisters Janet and Rebbie, and his other brother Randy - who was part of the Jacksons - were also at the family reunion and are keen on joining their siblings for a Jackson family tour.

Troubled singer Britney Spears may be in rehab, but it seems that she doesn't quite want to mix with other patients at the centre, and so she's reportedly decided to get an entire wing for herself. A source revealed that Spears, who is being treated at the Promises Clinic, in Malibu, California, is determined to have as much privacy at the centre as possible, and she was now thinking about getting other people booted off the wing where her room is.

Pamela Anderson has apologised for wearing dead sheep on her feet. The former 'Baywatch' star says she has thrown away her favourite Ugg boots, because she didn't know they were made from shaved sheep skin. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are seeing a relationship counsellor, it has been claimed.

The lovers, who met on the set of 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith', have allegedly had a series of bitter arguments and have hired a counsellor to work through their problems.

A source told Britain's OK! magazine: "This year is crux time. They have to reach a decision on what they expect from each other - and fast. Angelina has to realise Brad needs stability and Brad has to come to terms with her driving ambition as a world ambassador.

Britney out of rehab again

BRITNEY Spears was reported to have left a Malibu rehabilitation centre today just 24 hours after checking herself in following weeks of troubling behaviour culminating in shaving her own head.

Celebrity websites TMZ.com, theinsideronline.com and People.com said the singer, 25, left what should have been a month-long program at the Promises residential centre this morning.

It was the second time in less than a week that Spears had reportedly sought help at residential rehab centre and then left a day later.

PAMELA ANDERSON is furious with her ex-husband TOMMY LEE after he handed their young sons dangerous toy guns and knives to play with.

Ex-Gunners drummer Steven Adler speaks to Axl Rose about an original G'N'R line-up reunion. In an interview that appeared on his official myspace page, Steven Adler revealed that he's finally spoken to Axl Rose about a reunion of the original line-up of Guns N' Roses

Adler said that he and Rose spoke for over eight hours after a Hard Rock show by the "new" Guns N' Roses.

He said that after telling Axl, "You know the five of us have to get back together! That's when it will really f***ing take off again! Nothing will be bigger. It would be the biggest reunion ever in history", Rose grinned and giggled.

GOODFELLAS actor Ray Liotta has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.

Liotta, 52, was detained after his sport utility vehicle struck two parked cars near his home in the upscale coastal suburb of Pacific Palisades on Saturday evening.
